I graduated from the Faculty of Law at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University in 2023. During the fourth year of my undergraduate studies, I studied EU law and international law in English at Masaryk University in Brno, Czechia. With my advanced command of English and background in international law, I offer effective representation in both domestic and cross-border legal matters.
I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Public Law at Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University. I combine my academic work on administrative, legislative and regulatory matters with my practical work as a lawyer. I also currently work as a lawyer for an international company.
My practice is built on two main foundations:
Legal Services for Individuals and Litigation: With a particular focus on family, inheritance, real estate (title deeds and tenancy) and criminal law, I handle litigation at every stage of a dispute with a transparent, rights-focused approach directed towards concrete outcomes.
Corporate Law and Legal Advisory Services: I adopt a proactive advisory approach that aims to prevent legal risks before they arise in a company’s commercial activities. Through drafting contracts in Turkish and English, managing KVKK/GDPR compliance processes and conducting commercial negotiations, I build comprehensive legal frameworks for businesses.
I manage complex legal matters with a clear, analytical and determined approach, protecting my clients’ rights and representing their interests throughout the legal process.

Commercial Law and Law of Obligations
Recovery of commercial receivables between companies, unfair competition litigation, compensation proceedings arising from contractual breaches and representation in commercial mediation.
Inheritance Law
Preparation of wills, renunciation of inheritance, claims to reduce dispositions affecting reserved inheritance shares (tenkis), disputes over sham transactions intended to deprive heirs of inheritance (muris muvazaası), inheritance certificates and proceedings to dissolve joint ownership among heirs.
Family and Divorce Law
Professional representation with a focus on confidentiality in uncontested and contested divorce, child custody, maintenance, pecuniary and non-pecuniary compensation, and the division of marital property.
Real Estate and Land Registry Litigation
Actions for cancellation and registration of title, prevention of unlawful interference and compensation for unauthorised occupation (ecrimisil), rent determination and eviction proceedings, and disputes concerning agreements for construction in exchange for a share of the land.
Motor Vehicle Accident Claims
Claims for pecuniary and non-pecuniary compensation arising from road traffic accidents resulting in death or injury, claims for accident-related loss in vehicle value and loss of use, and representation in insurance arbitration proceedings.

Protection of individual rights from investigation through prosecution and sentence enforcement; effective and determined defence in general, commercial and financial criminal proceedings.

Ongoing master’s studies in Public Law
Drawing on an academic background in public law: actions for annulment of administrative decisions, full-remedy compensation claims arising from administrative conduct (tam yargı), and objections to tax penalties.
